Winter and spring is the perfect time to hone your technique to make you both faster and less prone to injury during the summer season. Our editor Jonathan had been suffering from shoulder pain – a common injury with swimmers. After his first session with Total Immersion coach James Ewart, he worked on an earlier hand entry diving to a deeper point to take the load off his shoulders.
