As we start increasing our training sessions ahead of summer swims, it is important to ensure that our technique isn’t causing injury. Our editor Jonathan had been sufering from shoulder pain caused by a late hand entry and straight-arm catch. His fourth session with Total Immersion coach James Ewart looked at stroke timing and changing the way he thought about the pull for a more eicient stroke.
