OPEN WATER NEWS ROUND-UP
The first All Party Parliamentary Group on Swimming launched on 6 September with input from Swim England and representatives from across political parties and the House of Commons and House of Lords. Competency is measured as being able to swim 25m in a pool without touching the bottom.
