Your first project has been submitted by ever popular designer Judith Maslen. Entitled Jewel Box, Judith’s traditional piece features an overflowing white work charm box, centred within a scalloped and perforated border. It’s a card which I believe will create an impression on any recipient.
If you’re looking to produce a piece of work which will raise eyebrows, you’ve definitely got to try your hand at Bruno Piechota’s design on page 12. Once again, Bruno has submitted an astounding piece which when I spoke to him, he told me that from conception to completion took approximately 25 hours!
I’d like to introduce French designer Chantal Patry, she is on the Talent Spotters page and her card depicts flowers and ribbons and combines white work with coloured elements. I’m really looking forward to seeing and receiving more of her designs.
