Destiny 2 has some of the very best. The hulking Cabal legionary helmets
explode with a loud pop and a gush of escaping air from their pressurised
armour. The gangly Fallen bleed gas. The mechanical Vex are built around orbs of sentient gloop that smash beautifully when you place a bullet just right. The horde-like Hive burn away into dust.
