Overcoming an eating disorder is a long and arduous journey that comprises many ups and downs. For Maria Koutsogiannis that path to building a better relationship with food has come a long way, and now she’s ready to use her experiences to spread positivity and improve the lives of people going through a similar thing. Koutsogiannis is on the verge of releasing her debut cookbook — Mindful Vegan Meals — so we caught up with the Greek Canadian fitness and food enthusiast to hear more about her recovery and how it feels to now be able to call herself a published author.
