IDEA 1: Crispy Kale Chips
HOW? Make an irresistibly crunchy, healthy snack by tossing trimmed kale in a little oil, some seasoning and spices, and bake in the oven, on a low temperature, for around 1 hour, until crisp. Serve with houmous or your favourite dip.
IDEA 2: Aromatic, Massaged Kale
HOW? Tenderise nutritious, raw kale by making a dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and seasoning, and drizzling it over sliced kale. Massage the dressing into the leaves and leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving.
