I always knew I wanted to make an impact in the world and ight against injustice. I originally wanted to be a lawyer but I loved writing at school and realised I could ight for people by telling their stories. I used to watch Moira Stewart and Sir Trevor McDonald reading the news on TV and my dad would show me the newspaper headlines and we’d discuss what was going on in the world. My parents always encouraged me to learn more.
