TRY THIS to connect body and mind: Stand tall and still. Imagine your mind as a pool of water. Drop a question into it in the form of a pebble: ‘How do I feel in my body today? Observe the answers that arrive; like ripples on the surface. Gently swing your arms from side to side for three minutes, creating bigger ripples. Then be still. Drop the question again: ‘How do I feel in my body?’ Is there a difference? @aliroff
