HOW TO…

Get clear about what is actually work. ‘If it feels hard, I think it’s work and if it feels easy, I assume it’s not work - and that’s not true,’ says Grace. ‘When the tasks on my work list became the only things I was doing, it hurt my spirit, relationships and business. Working constantly was unsustainable for my mental health.’ Write two lists, says Grace: work, say, recording a podcast, anything that involves a computer and emails; then make a list that’s not work: games, walking, eating pie! Where is your time?
