In my 50th year, as I changed my name; mid reinvention, I needed it. ‘If you see every challenge as a gift, your experiences will reveal your strength, courage and resilience,’ says Rae. ‘You’ll burn down the stories you’ve been telling yourself; reborn. Every day of ‘Oh shit!’ becomes ‘Aha!’
