The Peaks: Classes 44, 45, 46
By Simon Lilley
WITHOUT a doubt, this is one of the best locomotive history books I have read in recent years. The depth of research and quality of photographs (around 250 colour and black and white images in total) immediately sets this apart from many others and upholds the kind of standards readers of Oxford Publishing Company titles (these days part of Crécy Publishing) have come to expect.
