You have done all the training and preparation; the intensive endurance training, endless ergo sessions and work on the water. Now the big day has arrived – it’s competition time.

Whilst your nutrition is important during training, eating the right foods at the right time on race day is crucial. That includes before, during and after racing. Your body and mind will be prepared for the stimulus of competition and subsequent adrenaline rush which will drive you to new levels of performance, but there is no substitute for having the right fuel in the tank when you need it most.
