NCAA Rowing Championships, Princeton, New Jersey

The NCAAs are the national championships for heavyweight women’s collegiate rowing teams in the US. The heavyweight men’s and lightweight women’s national championships are held separately and known as the IRAs.

When was the last time you saw a sweep at a sporting championship? Many will recall American Pharoah won the Triple Crown just two years ago, but there have been 12 Triple Crown winners. The NBA Finals has only been swept eight times and the NHL Stanley Cup just 20 times since 1940.
