There’s a lot to be said for making that difficult second album and the same is true with making bikes that get people excited. The first bike model can be new and exciting, going off in a new direction, launching a new model range, or looking at the bike in a whole new way. How then do you improve upon it? In some cases the bike firms are happy with a bit of gentle evolution, but other times they continue with the bold moves and brave new world approach.
