Grate 1 small, peeled carrot (reserving some for the topping) and dice 1 ripe pear. Stir through the basic recipe ingredients (above) with 1 level tsp sweetener the night before, cover and chill overnight. The next morning, divide the mixture between 4 bowls or glasses. Mix 100g fat-free natural fromage frais with 100g plain quark and 2 level tsp sweetener. Divide over the oats.Scatter over the reserved carrot, extra diced ripe pear and a little ground cinnamon.
