It always seemed unlikely that Lee Ingleby had been cast in Line of Duty simply to play the supportive spouse of dodgy Detective Chief Inspector Roz Huntley (Thandie Newton) in a handful of scenes. As the last two episodes have shown, there’s far more to solicitor Nick Huntley than meets the eye. He appears to be responsible for the brutal attack on anti-corruption officer Steve Arnott (Martin Compston), and he may even be the balaclava serial killer.
