Roasted five-spice pears

Use the Chinese five-spice on the page opposite to create a pear dish that is as good for you as it is fabulous to taste.

Serves 2 | Prep 5 mins | Cook 15 mins | Calories 273 (per serving)

2 ripe-firm pears (not too soft)

½ a lemon, juice only

2 tbsp water

1 tsp coconut oil and a little for greasing the dish

1 tbsp maple syrup
