Be a lighthouse against vegaphobia

Change is scary. A lot of people fear making changes in their lives, using excuses like, ‘I’m too set in my ways’, or the more dismissive, ‘I could never do that.’ But vegans and plant-based people have boldly embraced change. They have taken the time to understand some big issues, consider the consequences of their actions, and take a more compassionate approach to life.

If you’re reading this then you know veganism isn’t a sacrifice, rather a leap into a brighter, healthier and happier world. And isn’t is great to share how good you feel? To impart some of your knowledge about how eating a glorious, abundant rainbow of foods every day, not only tastes amazing, but will help you to live a longer, healthier life, save hundreds of animals lives and help the environment, too?
