Emilien Denner makes his mark at the Grand Prix of Italy. Adrien Renaudin blesses Salbris and takes the continental title, nine points ahead of Pollini. Worthy of note: the performance of Palomba, third in the final, while Longhi failed in what would have been an epic undertaking.

Emilien Denner

«After having conquered the pole position, being in the first group for the qualifications, put a bit more pressure on me, and I thought “Ok, I push hard and we’ll see how far I can go.” In the final I won at the start and I could increase the gap, driving in a consistent and fast manner. I’m very happy, I made up for the disqualification in the Salbris final and I managed to win here, finishing third in the championship. I’ve never been to Genk, but I will take part in the DKM as a training for the World Championship, so I hope to get a good result!»
