Ardigò returns to win!

After hosting major international competitions such as the KF 2012 world championship, the Macao track returns to the CIK FIA calendar among its international competitions.

Macau (China) - 9 December 2018

MACAO CUP - Ardigo-De Conto reignite the challenge

In the event’s main race the challenge between Marco Ardigò and Paolo De Conto is rekindled. Timed practice filed away, it was time for the brawl for the last two races of the weekend. In the pre-inal the CRG team seemed to have gained the upper hand with the duet: De Conto – Hiltbrand, both authors of a comeback, respectively of two positions for the Italian and six for the Spaniard. Third provisional position for Marco Ardigò, ahead of his teammates Viganò and Puhakka. In the final there is a real fight between Paolo De Conto and Marco Ardigò with the Tony Kart driver ahead of his rival during the first laps. Fierce final and conditioned by the rain and the unknown Yokohama tires, unknowns for the lead drivers. At the end of the final twenty laps it is Ardigò to finish in front of everyone, thus winning the challenge on compatriot Paolo De Conto, second at the end of the race. Luca Corberi finished third. Fastest lap for Puhakka, fourth; behind him Viganò and Piccini, Hiltbrand out of the race
