MARCO ARDIGÒ

After the long absence from racing, Ardigò had to face the mandatory transition period, then returned to the track in full during the course of the past season. Ardigò left nothing to chance in 2018, maximizing every race and managing to return to success in the WSK Super Master Series. The podium at the first European stage of Salbris then also marked his in the international field, then closing in fourth place in the overall standings. Despite the absence in the world for a severe mourning, the number 1 of the greens of Prevalle was able to close of his season by winning in Macau.

After a first post-injury year, also according to Ardigò himself, the beginning of 2019 presents itself as a new beginning and the goal is to bring home that international success that has been missing for too many seasons. Ardigò has shown consistency throughout the Lonato kermesse, long worrying his rivals for the final triumph. In addition to the various sports engagements, Ardigò unveils yet another piece of his new beginning, represented by the 60 Mini project that he will follow closely. «I came back after the injury to the rib of 2017, then I had to skip the first races and, despite this, I won the 2018 WSK title with two wins and a second place! I managed to get a podium also at Salbris at the European Championship and the victory at Macao. Obviously, I want to do well even if I do few races. I hope to be able to train well for the whole season. I will do less races because I will have to follow the Mini kart as a driver coach and second-in-charge of the Mini project. For this season, I would like to always fight for the podium. Regardless of my opponents»
