The “Bad Girls”
Presented last year on March 7th at the Geneva Motor Show, the FIA -branded program “Girls On Track” officially came to life on track. With the aim of bringing as many girls as possible into the world of karting, the initiative promoted by the International Federation has not set itself any limits towards launching this important campaign to foster and intensify the presence of women in karting.

The “magnificent six”: Milja Kukkonen (Finland), Nina Pothof (Netherlands), Michalina Sabaj (Poland), Matilde Fidalgo (Portugal), Anna Glaerum (Sweden) and Maja Hallén Fellenius (Sweden).
Started as a low-cost “slalom karting” format with identical rules and layouts, set in very busy places, “Girls on track” raised the bar, setting itself the goal of bringing hundreds of girls closer to experience during the weekends chosen for the initiative.
In addition to the sporting experience, the events also highlighted important initiatives on road safety, opening up to a new and young audience, encouraging women to be involved more and more in this regard. Coming to 2019, the event then faced the decisive phase with the selection for the European Team of the next Training Camps.
