New ‘Fia Motorsport Games’ Announced With Rome as Inaugural Host City 31 October-3 November 2019
The Council approved the ‘FIA Motorsport Games’, a new international, multidisciplinary sporting event that will see drivers competing not for individual recognition, but for their country. Taking place annually, the Games will initially feature six categories: GT, Touring Car, Formula 4, Drifting, Karting Slalom and Digital Motorsport. Each competition will award Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, contributing to an overall medal table. The inaugural edition of the Games will be held from 31 October to 3 November 2019 in Rome.

The third RAMC event held at the Sepang Go Kart Circuit was named Autoinc Asia Max Challenge Round 3 thanks to the contribution of Autoinc of Singapore (title sponsor) and Tai Chung Bank of Taiwan (sponsor of the brand Image).

When the AKOC commission in cooperation with MARS Racing Management and Red1 Karting Beijing formally announced on August 31st 2018 the introduction of a stage for the AKOC series of 2019 in Beijing, the karting community cheered. The series has developed in many of the best Asian kart tracks and the idea of competing in the prestigious Red1 Karting in Beijing during the spring season was appreciated because it represented a positive change in kicking off the karting season.
