Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story
Before Bridgerton returns for a third series later this year, here’s a sumptuous Regency prequel. The six-part spin-off charts Queen Charlotte’s marriage to King George III and her rise to prominence and power over two timelines. Expect plenty of sex and scandal, as well as appearances from original stars including Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte and Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury, while India Amarteifio and newcomer Corey Mylchreest play Charlotte and George in their younger days.

The C4 spoof sitcom returns to parody the Royal Family preparing for the coronation. Both Charles (Harry Enfield) and ambitious Camilla (Haydn Gwynne), who can’t wait to drape herself in diamonds and fur, are thrilled about all the pomp and ceremony. But Will and Kate (Hugh Skinner and Louise Ford) have more modest plans, while Harry and Meghan (Richard Goulding and Kathryn Drysdale) stress out.
