Breathe is a bimonthly magazine about wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity and escaping. ‘It aims to inspire readers to feel happier in themselves, explore the world around them and do things they have never tried before,’ said publisher Jonathan Grogan. Breathe is targeted at readers of all ages who want to relax, make time for themselves and take a mindful approach to their life and wellbeing.
Breathe covers lifestyle, self-help, cookery and nutrition, travel, arts and crafts, and always includes an added-value crafts section. ‘Topics are as diverse as you might expect for such a broad and wide-ranging brief,’ said Jonathan. Recent features have included overcoming fear, barefoot walking, getting a good night’s sleep, a profile of a crossstitch graffiti artist, tiny home living, yoga retreats, mindful wine tasting, Tibetan singing bowls, gardening in small spaces and outdoor photography. ‘Each issue of Breathe is different, but typically there will be features that fall into the broad topics listed above in each edition. Like its readers the magazine is open to new experiences and looks at a wide range of pitches on their merits.’
