AutoItalia Magazine  |  Issue 251
Italian prototypes are usually confined to design studio collections, kept in museums or locked away in private collections. Well, there is one very important car that has rarely seen the light of day, Pininfarina’s Dino 206P Berlinetta Speciale – and it is for sale. This fabulous car was presented by the coachbuilder to the museum at Le Mans directly after the 1965 Paris Motor Show. The museum is rasing money to build a new facility so the Dino is being auctioned by RM Sothebys in February. How do you put a value on this unique show piece? We hope that you enjoy our story.
