Are you familiar with the term ‘sensory garden’? These green spaces are designed to provide opportunities that stimulate the senses in ways that users may not usually encounter. And one animal shelter, Blue Cross in Suffolk, has opened this concept up to the dogs in their care. It’s hoped the garden will provide the dogs with a range of sensory experiences to build their confidence.
