PORTSMOUTH’S Lucas Ballingall returned to action and bested Slovakian Ivan Godor via a four-threes shut-out at the South Parade Pier in headlining an Atlantic Promotions show.
Ballingall, with an unblemished 13-fight ledger, looked for uppercuts in the opener against the shorter visitor, who was very quick to close the range and hold. The Eastern European was on the front foot and looking to crowd Lucas in the second, but the Pompey fighter flurried to the head and then switched to the body regularly.
