Dog photography may seem to be straightforward, and even a bit superficial, but it encompasses a lot of core skills which can be applied to people shots and other genres. Carefully controlling your focusing and the background is essential, but you also need to be on top of your action photography technique when capturing dogs at play. It can be a lucrative sideline as well; many people spend a lot of money on pedigree dogs, so they want a quality portrait, too. So in this issue, we give you some helpful tips.
