DEHYDRATION 

While dehydration can occur at any time of the year, it’s mostly associated with the warmer months. As we enter summer, here are some useful bits of information about the human body and the effects dehydration can have on it. Adults range from 55 to 60 percent water by weight, while children are about 65 percent and infants are closer to 75 percent. Water is a critical component of all the body’s metabolic processes, and any ongoing, significant loss can put systems, or people, in severe jeopardy.
