A £1.5 MILLION Argyll and Bute Council surfacing improvement programme concluded in July.
Council-maintained roads in number of areas of Argyll and Bute were involved, as part of a wider £3.6 million council capital roadworks programme.
The surface dressing work has involved the application of bitumen on to road surfaces before adding stone chips, designed to seal the road to stop water ingress and improve skid resistance.
