The British Red Cross has opened a new shop in Inveraray.
Rob Irons, Inveraray Jail’s prison warder, cut a ribbon to mark the opening of the store at 11am on Tuesday March 5.
Taking over the former Bank of Scotland premises, the new outlet will retain the original features of the building and will conform to the black and white facades seen throughout the town. A new team of three staff members will look after the shop along with a team of 15 volunteers.
