Led by the Scottish College for Educational Leadership, the course is provided by the UHI, with support from Argyll and Bute Council.
Mrs Carter started the course while on second ment as the education officer for additional support needs. She is currently the acting head of learning and teaching (secondary) at Lochgilp -head Joint Campus.
