FIGURES just released show 9.4 million workers aged over 50 are in employment, 3.7 million more than 20 years ago, according to the Department for Work and Pensions.
In 2015, 8.3 million older workers were in employment, 12.2 percent higher than in 1995. Argyll follows the rest of the country in this trend.
