Music to your ears

WITH Mid Argyll Music Festival fast approaching, it is encouraging to see it continue year after year.

Sheila McCallum, founder and organiser, says things are looking good for this year’s event with entries slightly up on last year. It is great that local people are still performing and supporting it. There has always been a positive vibe from Mid Argyll Music Festival performers and spectators and the quality of talent showcased is something Argyll should be proud of. Organisers have found a healthy balance between a competition and providing the people of Argyll with a platform to show off their talents and it is something that needs our continual support to see it endure beyond its 38th year.
