Thought for the Week

TO SAY it was a perfect morning would almost be an understatement. It was a sublime morning.The beach was a carpet of perfect white sand and the sea was turquoise, green and blue in an iridescence of colours that almost defy description.

The gorse set the fields ablaze and the bluebells hazed the countryside like a Monet painting. Above all, it was silent. There was not a sound apart from the sea gently lapping on the shore.
