Young singers take centre stage

SINGING was the main event on Wednesday afternoon as primary school pupils from across Mid Argyll performed in a number of events.

In the Vocal Solo Girls class for primary four to five, Feorlin Renton took top spot with her rendition of ‘I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing’. Just behind her was Daria Derevyankin performing the same song, with Aimee Burnett and Cathleen Baumberger-Heidtke in third place.
