SUNDAY at Lochgilp head Golf Club was a bit of a mixed bag as far as the weather was concerned, with only the gents playing in the morning returning a score.
The weather was a bit too wet for the trio of Jim, Ryan and Colin, who attempted to play in the afternoon. They opted to play nine holes and finish the afternoon socialising in the clubhouse. Fortunately the morning players got finished just as the rain started and Rhuaridh Brown won with a score of a net 62, well ahead of his fellow players. Alex MacAulay was runner-up with a net 69 and Grant MacDougall was in third place with a net 71.
The ladies played a ninehole stableford competition on Saturday but the results are not yet available.
