The best way to keep and grow our communities is through our young people and they need good quality jobs

DEVELOPING the Young Workforce (DYW), is a Scottish Government Youth Employment strategy, to reduce youth unemployment by 40 per cent by 2021, in response to the recommendations in the Wood Commission report. There are 21 regional DYW groups in Scotland, leading and driving the change in employers’ engagement with schools and colleges.
