ANOTHER campaigner seems to have arrived in town, but his methods are slightly more colourful.
The mystery meter man who caused a stir around Lochgilphead earlier this week is highlighting what he sees as another council problem.
He believes that traffic regulations are being amended so that we could be charged for parking, at the stroke of a bureaucrat’s pen, at some point in the future. The council might not have any current plans to implement charging beyond lorries – though watch this space. His methods are be unconventional but does he have a point?
