Prolific singer songwriter Martin Stephenson and his band the Daintees will be performing at Corrie and Sannox village hall later this month with special guest Davey Cowan.
With an extraordinary catalogue of 40 albums, eight of them of original Daintees material, the band will have no shortage of songs for their performance on Friday November 17. Martin and the band are no strangers to Arran but it is a long time since they were last here.
Not limited to a particular genre, Martin, who released the critically acclaimed debut Boat to Bolivia in 1986, has exhibited a variety of styles through the years which range from folk, ragtime, jazz, rockabily, showtunes to punk, pop and country.
