Brodick Castle gardens will be open on Sunday April 30 and Sunday July 9 as part of the Scotland’s Gardens charity events.
Dougarie Gardens is also taking part again this year and will be open on Wednesday July 5. Teas will be in the 19th- century Boathouse.
Pirnmill Village Association will be the recipients of 40 per cent of the takings for Dougarie. Scotland’s Gardens is a charity which raises funds for Maggie’s Caring Centres, The Queen’s Nursing Institute Scotland, the Gardens Fund of the National Trust for Scotland and Perennial, formerly the Gardeners’ Royal Benelovent Society.
