One of the most popular shops on Arran has been given a major makeover to face the challenges of 2019 in raising more money for cancer care.
The charity shop of Arran Cancer Support Trust (Ar- CaS), located at Brodick ferry terminal, reopened on Monday following a monthlong closure for some essential works to be completed and a redesign of the shop.
But the charity quickly became a victim of its own success and has had to temporarily suspend donations while volunteers sort out the huge amount of goods which have poured into the shop since it reopened.
