Marine conservationist is ‘outraged’

The scallop dredger was operating legally, but the chairman of the Community of Arran Seabed Trust (COAST), Howard Wood, said it represented a ‘complete failure’ of inshore fishery management.

The Scottish Government said it would investigate the ‘worrying’ reports.
