Church patrons were treated to a very special service at Corrie church last Sunday when members of the Royal Northern College of Music performed a series of hymns at the attractive sandstone church as part of the McLellan arts festival.
Students who performed for the congregation are all part of the annual Peter Wilson Arran Summer School which sees them spending 10 days developing their technique and performance skills before performing at an opera gala night held at the Lamlash community theatre.
John Sillars, patron and performer of the McLellan festival, opened the service with a reading.
