BRITISH outdoor pole vault recordholder Steve Lewis has been confirmed in fourth place at the London 2012 Olympics after the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced Dmitry Starodubtsev had been disqualified for doping.
Lewis, then aged 26, produced the best championship vault of his career of 5.75m to originally finish fifth and just one place behind the Russian, Starodubtsev, on countback.
