What started your interest in health and fitness?

I’ve been quite sporty since I was a kid. When I was young, and until I was about five, I was a bit of a porker — I was a fat baby, like rolls on the knees! But when I started going to primary school I got into sport. I got a scholarship to go to a secondary school that was big on sport and I used to play a lot of football and rugby. I used to box and I swam nationally. It’s always been more of a lifestyle as opposed to a hobby. I think it’s good for your body but it’s good for your mind as well — healthy body, healthy mind; I believe in that.
