IT WAS all hands on deck as pupils at Carradale primary school’s early learning centre learnt all about pirates.
Civilian instructor (CI) John Willis and his wife CI Chelsea Willis from Campbeltown Sea Cadet branch visited the nursery as part of their community outreach service to talk to the children about staying safe while at sea.
The children examined and tried on a lifejacket and played some throwing games, trying to get ‘monkey’s fists’ into a life buoy.
