The Austin-Healey 3000, Jaguar XJ-S and R129-generation Mercedes-Benz SL are
among the cars most likely to land savvy classic buyers profits over the next twelve months, classic experts have told CCW. Nick Whale, managing director of Classic
Car Auctions, says that while he reckons that performance Fords like rear-drive Escorts will continue their current upward trajectory, there are plenty of currently underrated British classics that are finding favour. Cars from the nineteen nineties, including the Volkswagen Corrado, are showing some of the strongest price rises.
